What is a QHHT® Session? And what are we taping into during the session?

QHHT® (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique), developed by Dolores Cannon, is a method of conscious self-exploration that uses deep relaxation to access a deeper level of awareness. During the session, we explore insights, memories, and perspectives

available through your subconscious mind—often referred to as the Higher Self. Every session is unique, offering an opportunity for greater clarity, self-understanding, and meaningful personal exploration.

A private QHHT® session offers a space for deep relaxation and inner exploration, allowing you to connect with your inner awareness and personal wisdom. Through this experience, you may gain insight into previously learned life lessons and develop a clearer understanding of your current life path.

Session Structure

01. Getting to know each other

A relaxed introductory meeting where we get to know each other and explore whether we feel comfortable working together 😊🫶 . Mini Meetup can be done online or in person, and lasts around 30-40mins. But the QHHT® can only be done in person.

If we both feel aligned, we confirm your session date and arrange the deposit.

02. In-depth Exploration Chat

First part of our QHHT® session: we spend dedicated time exploring your life experiences, personal questions, and intentions. This helps clarify the areas you wish to explore and allows the session to flow naturally and meaningfully.

03. Regression

Second part of our QHHT® session: where you enter a deeply relaxed state and explore your inner experiences. The process is gentle, loving, and focused on personal insight and clarity.

04. Reflection & Debrief

Third part of our QHHT® session: we take some time to reflect on your experience and review the key insights that emerged.

The remaining payment is settled here, and your private session recording will be carefully prepared and sent to you the same day later.

Your Question list

Prepare up to 12 questions for your Higher Self. Once your session is scheduled, begin writing them down—don’t wait until the last day, as insights often arise naturally beforehand.

Arrivals from Other Cities

If traveling from another city, I recommend arriving one day early. This allows you to rest, settle in, and begin the session feeling relaxed rather than rushed.

breakfast & coffee

Eat a good breakfast, as the session may last 5–6 hours. Please avoid coffee or strong stimulants beforehand to help maintain a calm and relaxed state.

Clothes & Snack

Wear light, loose, comfortable clothing. A blanket will be provided, so avoid overdressing that makes you sweat. Bringing a small snack is helpful right before the session or for afterward.

No Alcohol or Drugs

Please avoid alcohol or recreational drugs the day before and the day of your session. Do not take substances intended to relax you either. They will jeopardize the experience.

Set Your Intention

Take a quiet moment before your session to reflect on your intention. A clear inner focus supports a meaningful experience. You may speak it privately or write it down.

No Expectation

Every experience is unique. Try not to compare or anticipate specific outcomes. Trust the process and remain open to whatever insights naturally unfold for you.

No plans after session

Keep your schedule clear afterward. Allow time to rest and integrate your experience. Continue the day according to your normal schedule. Avoid driving after the session.

I am a QHHT® level 1 intern based in Frankfurt and completed trainings & exams with Dolores Cannon’s QHHT® Academy. As part of my academy’s requirement, I am offering 25 volunteer sessions. At the moment, I have only 4 free session slots remaining. After completing these sessions, I will begin offering paid appointments.

Common questions

I will personally guide your entire session from beginning to end. The experience is designed as a private one-to-one process, allowing us to maintain focus throughout the day. If someone is accompanying you, they are welcome to explore the area and return once the session has finished.

Sometimes you may recognize familiar energies, personalities, or relationship dynamics that feel connected to people in your current life. However, every experience is unique, and there is no expectation that specific individuals will appear during a session.

Most people describe it as feeling deeply relaxed, calm, and focused. You remain aware of your surroundings and can communicate throughout the session. Many compare it to the peaceful state experienced just before falling asleep or shortly after waking up.

The complete experience typically lasts between 4-5 hours. This includes our preparation conversation, the regression experience itself, and time afterward for reflection and integration.

Yes. Everything discussed during your session is treated with respect and confidentiality. Unless you want to share with other people or give me permission to share.

People choose to have a session for many different reasons. Some seek greater clarity about life challenges, relationships, or personal direction. Others are curious about exploring their consciousness, understanding recurring patterns, or connecting more deeply with their Higher Self.

No. Most people remain aware and able to communicate throughout the entire experience. You are not asleep, nor unconscious. You remain fully capable of speaking, and remembering your experience.

The Higher Self is often described as the wiser and broader aspect of consciousness that holds a greater perspective on your life experiences. Different people may understand it in different ways, but many experience it as a source of insight, understanding, and guidance.

No. A belief in reincarnation is not required. People from many different backgrounds and belief systems choose to experience QHHT. The most important qualities are curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore your own experience.

Absolutely. I offer sessions in both English and Chinese. If English is not your first language, what matters most is that you feel comfortable expressing yourself. During our pre-session conversation, we can determine which language will best support your experience.

Many people worry about this before their first session. The good news is that hypnosis is a natural state that most people experience every day, such as falling sleep, waking up, and when daydreaming, becoming absorbed in a book, or drifting off to sleep.

You remain aware throughout the process and are never out of control. The most important ingredients are an open mind, a willingness to relax, and trust in your own experience.
